Fear is the most difficult emotion to handle, it traps you silently in your heart
Feeling fear is natural and very normal, in fact it happens to all of us very often only to a greater or lesser extent. This is an emotion or feeling that our mind causes to keep us alert to an imminent risk or danger. If there is something around us that looks risky or dangerous and our brain senses it, it will surely inject some fear into us so that we will be careful. However, a lot of fear and in multiple circumstances may no longer be natural, but on the contrary, it may be something dangerous that affects us greatly.
We often encounter things that scare us, but very few of them are really high-risk situations. Most of the time, they are insecurities we carry within us and others are usually defensive mechanisms when we enter strange places we are visiting for the first time. Trying to correct this level of fear is almost impossible, as it is a natural issue in our brain. There are very strict control points that are responsible for taking care of our physical and mental safety, so if something can be considered a threat because it will surely alert us.
But what about when it comes to exaggerated fears? We all know that there is nothing that is not bad in excess and fear is part of that list. Excessive fear can create a different outcome than the original one so instead of defending ourselves, we hide and turn away from society and things to prevent something from happening to us.
In fact, with fear, we always expect something to happen to us. This undoubtedly prevents us from moving forward in life, and it can also lead us to lose friendships and to become so blocked that it becomes impossible for help to come in from anywhere, even from family. That is why it is necessary to always keep control.
The only problem is that it’s not easy to stay in control. Managing fears is a constant struggle, it’s about convincing our minds to take more risks, to not mind losing, to be free to make the decision they want and to live in peace with it. Managing fears is about taking control of our lives, safe and confident that all is well.
Think for a second, what does fear do for you? Apart from imprisoning your soul, your mind and your heart, there’s nothing else. That’s why you need to do something to restore control of your life, and for that, all you need is to understand that the things that are going to happen, will happen without you being able to do anything. Knowing this, you will be able to live making the decision you want and accepting the consequences. But it is very important that you also make good decisions, which means that it would be wise to behave well.
