A healthy attitude is contagious. Let others be imbued with it
The best way to teach is by example. If you have people you consider negative or toxic around you, teach them to be different by infecting them with your good attitude, not the opposite.
We often hear that negative or toxic people spread bad energies to those around them, but what if the opposite is true? If you have a good attitude towards life and you get up with all the energy to conquer the world, don’t let anyone contaminate you, on the contrary, fill all those around you with good vibes.
Replicate the good you see in others and with your good attitude teach others how to deal with the worst crises. Sometimes, one action is worth a thousand words, so it is not so effective to give so much advice and correct the other, but to teach them by example.
A bad attitude is highly contagious, but a good attitude is also highly contagious. So be contagious and tell others about the good, not the bad. Human beings can be very selective about what they think, remember and feel. Depending on the mood, a person can select all the bad things that have happened to him and how damaged the world is just to feel bad. But he has the same ability to remember the good, practice gratitude, and appreciate all the gifts of life. We all have the right to feel bad from time to time, but which tendency do you plan to follow – that of happiness or that of suffering? It’s up to you.
Choose the good and don’t stay with the bad. Do not store hate, resentment, sadness, discontent or frustrated dreams in your heart. Throw away the bad, what does not serve you and only makes you stagnate. There will always be situations that overwhelm you, people who make you angry or disappointed, but do not stay with that for life, let it go.
Instead stick to happiness, the most beautiful memories of your past and the best experiences of your present. This way you will feel much healthier inside and out and you will spread only good vibes to those around you.
Because no one can give anything that they don’t already have inside. That is, no one can give respect to another if he does not first respect himself, no one can love if he does not first love himself and so on. So you cannot be an agent of change in the lives of others, if you have not first experienced real transformations in your life.
Begin to change your perspective, be selective about what you treasure in your heart, occasionally cleanse and discard the bad. You will see how you become more appreciated by those around you, who see in you an inspiration and source of wisdom, while your only secret is to work on yourself and your attitude.
