Whoever does not value you today, will feel your lack tomorrow
No one knows what they have until they see it lost. Thus, an old but very true proverb goes. Its popularity lies in the experience we all have at some point in time of losing something we never treasured because we always thought it would be with us. This applies not only to objects but also to people, and when it happens, it leaves a very bitter taste in our mouths, makes us sad and for a long time makes us regret not having given it the importance it really deserved.
Has it ever happened to you that you lose a loved one you could never tell I love you? Or have you lost something you never used and left lying around until one day you needed it? I’m sure you did. We have all faced a loss at some time and with it has come this huge gray cloud that has filled us with memories and tears for what was and will no longer be.
Everything in this life is temporary, and just as relationships and friendships end, so does life. In a way, our lives are ephemeral, a breath that flows with the wind from the beginning to the end. That is why we must take advantage of every moment we have to be happy, but more importantly, we must take advantage of it with the people we love and treasure, because one day they will definitely not be there for us.
The family, the couple, the friends, they’re all passengers. Our own life is only a moment in eternity, this moment is full of sub moments that are the important ones and that we must distribute very well with those we love to get the best out of it. In the end, when these people are gone, those moments are the ones that will stay in your mind forever.
Many do not think about these things and therefore do not consider valuing the beautiful people around them. You, in fact, may be a great special person with high virtues and beautiful feelings, and someone out there may not be valuing you. And this is the other side of the coin. In the end when you are the one who is gone, every person who did not value you will feel your lack dramatically because they will think again and again of the many things they could have shared with you but did not.
Guilt will eat away at him, his tears will not be able to be contained, repentance will be felt and this will not let him live in peace. So if you understand the importance of valuing others, it’s time to think about all those people you love, and distribute your time with each one, because if something is sure, is that we do not know how much time we have left.
