Things that should be on the priority list

Establishing priorities helps us to achieve success and enjoy it, here is a list where we establish some practices that you should always keep in mind to be happy.

1 Gratitude

Thank the new day when you get out of bed. Think about your health, your friends, your family, the food you eat every day and the roof over your head.

Gratitude is one of the healthiest habits there is, it improves the relationship with yourself, with the universe and with others.

2 Practice a hobby

Spend time with yourself doing an activity you enjoy, you can play an instrument, listen to music, read, write, go to a fair, or also share with your family playing cards or preparing your favorite recipes. Plan and leave time to clear your mind, do not make excuses, it is always necessary to rest and release stress.

3 Creating goals

Write a wish list, for example, the ten places you’d like to see, or review that list you made at the beginning of the year and see what you’ve really accomplished. It doesn’t matter if it’s the last days of 2019, you can start working on what you want.

4 A new look

A haircut or a change in your wardrobe never hurts, in fact the change renews your energy, increases your self-esteem and transforms your vision, allowing you to see things from another angle and, of course, always positively.

5 Travel

On your vacation take that trip you dream about all the time, connect with nature and rest and come back as someone else, lighter and freer.

6 Look in the mirror and say a few words

Stand in front of the mirror and express aloud all the love you feel for yourself. You will improve your self-esteem and get that motivation you need to keep going.

7 Take care of yourself

It is vital to take care of your body and mind. Include in your life healthy habits such as eating healthy, doing sports, meditating, listening to relaxing music that will take you on a journey inside. This way you will be healthy and, at the same time, you will reduce those stress levels that cause your daily obligations.

8. Let it out!

Talk about your feelings with someone you trust. No one is happy all the time, no one lives to the fullest, we are not strong all the time, after all, letting off steam does not make you weaker or more fragile, in fact, showing that you also need a shoulder or a mother’s lap only shows that you are human and that you need someone to hold your hand, without wanting anything in return, only to be heard. You need someone to give you that hug, after all, the power of a hug is magical, even if the lips don’t speak.

9. Dream!

Dreaming is free and it is what provides us with the energy to move towards success. Hope is the last to be lost and the dreams we have forge our present and future. Never let the spark of desire from a dream come to an end, because if you stop dreaming, then you will stop living.

10. Do good and don’t look at who

Small attitudes transform the world. So let’s be more empathetic to our fellow man. You don’t need to show the world what you do to change it, you need to help the people close to you selflessly. Doing good benefits us, and that is how we begin to evolve spiritually. So from now on, spread love wherever you go.
