Never go to sleep angry with another person
We know that not everything in life is rosy, especially when we share our life with someone else. However, it is very important to resolve differences before going to bed, as doing so ensures a more prosperous and happy life.
Solve your problem before you go to sleep
Have you gone to sleep after a fight or argument with someone you love? Surely yes, and it doesn’t necessarily have to be a loved one like your partner, it can be a sibling, your mother, your father or a friend. Well, doing this is not good, in fact it could lead to psychological and even physical problems.
For example, think a little about what would happen if you argued with someone today and tomorrow that person was no longer alive. Very possibly you will feel very bad because your last memory with him or her was under negative conditions.
Life is very short, today we are here and tomorrow we do not know, generally we do not have to do much merit to die, simply if our day has come we leave as we came, and very surely it will not give us a chance to even say goodbye.
That’s why wasting time focusing on the shortcomings of others or on discussions with others doesn’t make any sense. Especially if the arguments have been about mere nonsense (something quite common). Hasn’t it happened to you that you fight with someone and days later you don’t remember why they argued? Surely yes, and that’s because most of the problems we have with other people are due to banalities and simplifications. That’s why we should always try to solve them.
Now, of course there are problems that are not at all simple to solve. In fact, some are strong enough to cause a relationship to be destroyed, it happens in a matter of seconds just as an accident would, many times it happens without warning and we cannot do anything but explode emotionally. But even so, it doesn’t have to be a determining factor.
Talk to that person, do it either to clarify and solve everything or to close the cycle forever. Try to do it the same day it happened to avoid giving importance to that fact. If you don’t do it this way, you will only be able to sleep with the risk of having nightmares, or you will simply not be able to sleep.
Of course, if you think that talking about things on the same day will only make them more complicated, then you have no choice but to wait another day. If so, remember to get up quickly the next day and try to resolve what happened the day before.
It is important to remember that it is not easy to live together, we humans are difficult beings when it comes to living under the same roof, besides we are very susceptible to different facts where emotions and feelings are involved. So consider this when you are angry with someone about any situation.
