Things you always need to keep secret according to Indian philosophy
Regardless of the religion you belong to, adopting certain precepts of Hindu philosophy will add something very valuable to your life. This philosophy, which can also be taken as a manual to have a more peaceful existence and fill us with abundance, teaches us to coexist with our environment by respecting it and ourselves.
There are ten aspects that the Hindu philosophy asks us to keep secret so that our stay in this world is as satisfactory as possible. Do you join their proposal?
The ten things you should never tell anyone according to Hindu philosophy
- Plans for the future: plans are energy, but an energy vulnerable to the negativity that may fall upon it. Having a plan is like carrying a fragile baby in your arms. Would you expose it to danger? Think of it this way: not everyone is willing to give up to make it work for you. There’s a lot of envy around you, and when you tell people what you want to do, there are many people ready to throw their negativity onto your plan and accomplish what they set out to do – disintegrate it.
- Your charity: there is no point in being charitable if you boast about it. The more you go unnoticed, the more your action will be valued. Applying charity to receive recognition for it is almost unforgivable in Hindu philosophy.
- What you lack: no one has everything they want. We’re always short a pair of shoes to walk in the snow, a few dollars to pay for a heavenly vacation, and time to go to the gym. However, by repeating it over and over again, we consolidate it with a constant lack in our life. Try to put those thoughts aside and focus on how to get what you are missing. You’ll see how it comes.
- Our heroism: if we are brave and have committed a heroic act, these actions must remain under the cloak of anonymity so as not to enter the circle of pride.
- Your spirituality: your spiritual knowledge is exclusively yours. Don’t reveal it and you can continue on your path of learning.
- Family conflicts: there is no family without problems, but there are families that do not reveal them. Hindu philosophy asks you to leave at home what happens there.
- Rumors: a rumor is a comment, generally lacking in truth, charged with a strong negative energy. The human nature that beats in you will urge you to continue to spread it, but you must cut out that negativity and bury it in your memory. You can make a difference to other people by not letting someone who doesn’t deserve it be talked down, and if they do, the universe will see to it that they get their lesson.
- Criticism: there is no constructive and destructive criticism, there is criticism and suggestions. If you notice that something is not right, make a suggestion from humility so that the person can improve.
- Your opinion when you’re not asked: As much as you might be tempted to tell your friend that you don’t approve of her boyfriend, don’t do it if she doesn’t ask your opinion about him.
- Dismissive comments: when you comment on something, make sure it is to show your positivity and love for the world. If someone makes you want to be derogatory, try to disassociate yourself from that person, but don’t be contemptible with him.
