Your kindness can create a good atmosphere at home, at work and in your own being
Kindness is understood as the attitude we have towards people in terms of respect, solidarity, affection, collaboration, etc. It is an intrinsic value or capacity that we all have, although some of us develop it more than others. The kinder we are, the greater our capacity to be benevolent and courteous, as well as the greater our capacity to love our neighbour without distinction of race or belief. For this world to be what we all dream of, we need humanity to become addicted to kindness.
The world shows us daily somber, complicated and of course very stressful scenarios. No matter where we go, more and more people complain, argue and complicate things. However, this does not stop us from continuing, as it is our survival instinct to always walk forward in spite of adversity. The problem is that this can quickly exhaust us, especially on an energetic level.
Every day, our energies become cloudy and we are filled with pressures due to the bad attitudes of others and the many problems we face daily. However, if only we were kind at all times, our days would be very different.
Kindness has the capacity to modify all the environments that surround us. For example, imagine for a moment what the atmosphere of your home would be like if it were charged with kindness in each of its members. On the one hand, you would see your children treat each other with respect, solidarity and education, and you would see the same behavior when they come to deal with you. And if you have this kindness with your partner and reciprocally with your children, there is no doubt that your home would be much more harmonious.
In a home full of kindness, communication does not stop, trust is the engine that moves them, sincerity and respect are their best allies, and love, therefore, is printed in every point of that home.
Now let’s look at the working environment. Our jobs can be very hard and stressful, and sometimes co-workers may not be the most cordial, here we could even include the bosses. But, if we were to apply patterns of behavior where kindness was the highlight of the day, things would be different.
On the one hand, employees would work much more comfortably, see their workplace as their second home, be more respectful of each other, and support each other in achieving goals more quickly and efficiently.
Finally, kindness can give us many advantages in the rest of our lives, it would help us smile more and make others smile more. Kindness should never stop growing in us, for among its benefits is that of making us much happier.
