Activities to get to know each other better
Relationships are an important part of the evolutionary development of human beings, we like the contact with the beings we love to keep unforgettable moments in our memory. However, we must understand that giving ourselves some time alone will benefit our emotional health to become much more independent, stable and happy.
Today we bring you 3 activities to dedicate ourselves to thinking without pressure and that help us connect with our interior. Put them into practice and you will see how your identity is strengthened.
- Watch a movie alone: get up, get dressed and head to your favorite movie theater. Once there, choose a movie you like without feeling like you have to please anyone but yourself. This will help you recognize your tastes and preferences, and you will feel the pleasure of indulging yourself.
- Walk: making contact with nature alone is a very beneficial activity for you. You can take some time to walk in a park and reflect on your life. Think about what you want for yourself, what can you improve, how do you feel right now? And all the questions you can think of, answer them honestly. Your mind is always distracted, but by doing this exercise you can calm your thoughts and give importance to your feelings.
- Read a book at your favorite coffee shop: find a book of your interest and read it in the company of a coffee shop, feel comfortable to interpret and analyze the topic you chose. Reading in peace helps you strengthen your values and philosophies of life, helps expand your mind and move it away from prejudice and bad thoughts.
Make the most of these activities and be consistent in doing them. Remember to be grateful for the present all the time, keep in mind the moment you live and recognize all your emotions when you are alone.
